District Lot 1313 is bounded by Reed Road to the south. To the north is an undeveloped road right-of-way for Cemetery Road, west is the Highland right-of-way, and east is Henry Road. This block is very close to the Town of Gibsons boundary, and only a 5-10 minute drive from the Langdale ferry terminal.
